- Patented case extraction system
- Case magazine height lowered to 850mm to improve blank handling by the operator
- Ability, within the same footprint, to seal cases with glue or tape
- Collating system adapted to the nature, shape and rigidity of the product
Palletization
- Labeling, control and palletization carried out by a 6-axis robot
- Cases turned upright using suction cups and presented in front of the labeler
- Cases passed in front of a laser scanner to control label printing and application
- Continuous operation without disrupting the line upstream during pallet changeover thanks to a buffer zone
- Outfeed of the full pallet in total safety thanks to software stops managed by the robot’s dual core processor
- Single control interface for all the machines
