Pack Expo 2011: Efforts and Rewards
“Show traffic exceeded our expectations.” “Our post-show revenue looks very optimistic.” “We gathered more new leads and scheduled more post-show meetings than projected.”
You could hear these comments in the show hallways, on the monorail and even in the restaurants in downtown Las Vegas.
Exhibitors were very pleased with Pack Expo 2011 attendance and praised PMMI for their outstanding effort. Cermex was not an exception. For both, Cermex and Sidel, the show was very busy and the results were highly satisfactory.
This year Cermex generated 40% more contacts compared to 2009 and 30% of all these contacts were new companies including some very successful U.S. and global businesses.
We also acquired a high number of project opportunities and new orders, which encompassed a variety of products from ice packs to food cartons to construction sealants. The customers also left our booth very happy.
Pack Expo 2011 was the first exhibition at which we co-exhibited with Sidel and fully merged our efforts to produce a successful outcome.
The show started with a team dinner on the Sunday 25th, continued with visits, meetings and discussions during the next three days, and ended with a trendy cocktail party for more than 120 customers at the Aria.
We are certain that our contacts walked away from Pack Expo 2011 remembering Cermex and Sidel, and remembering our products and hospitality.
Cermex will be participating in the following shows over the next few months.
